Requirements
- Experience delivering or leading cybersecurity work in OT/ICS environments (e.g., energy, utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas).
- Understanding of operational constraints unique to industrial engagements compared to traditional IT consulting.
- Proven track record in leading and developing professional services or consulting teams.
- Deep experience in consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing delivery and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to establish quality standards, monitor execution, and drive process improvement.
- Experience tracking and managing operational budgets and financial accountability.
- Strong ability to collaborate with sales organizations and understand customer journeys.
- Ability to create positive team environments, mentor practitioners, and drive retention.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams or working in complex, matrix organizational structures.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage North America-based consultants, IR practitioners, and pen testers by setting performance expectations and developing career growth plans.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of all service delivery in partnership with Practice Leads.
- Monitor team utilization and manage staffing levels to address capacity gaps.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and financial risks.
- Create measurable performance goals and handle performance management cadence.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify service positioning opportunities and provide account support.
- Resolve scheduling, task allocation, and operational issues to minimize escalations.
- Foster a culture of learning and ensure team access to necessary training and resources.
