  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partner/customer management or alliance development.
  • Expertise managing partnerships with consulting firms, systems integrators, and advisory partners.
  • Proven track record of building high-value partnerships that drive enterprise revenue and market growth.
  • Extensive experience engaging and influencing C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS partner programs, including MDF structures, deal registration, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time for partner visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture executive-level partnerships with consulting firms, advisory partners, and solution integrators.
  • Develop comprehensive alliance strategies and joint business plans to drive enterprise revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage and grow relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Regional SIs, and technology alliances.
  • Work closely with C-level and senior executive partners to align goals and structure agreements.
  • Develop and execute collaborative marketing initiatives and joint market development programs.
  • Coordinate with direct sales, customer success, professional services, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Enable partners through advanced enablement programs and technical certifications.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, revenue contributions, and strategic indicators.
