Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing Operations, process improvement, or automation.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining operational workflows.
- Experience using Claude or similar tools to build AI-enabled business workflows.
- Experience with APIs, low-code or no-code platforms, workflow automation, or prompt engineering.
- Experience applying AI or automation to improve business processes and productivity.
- Experience with business systems and modern technology platforms, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and organizational change.
- Strong analytical, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different business functions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to reliable, maintainable execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI workflow discovery across Product, Engineering, and other R&D functions by identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and increase productivity.
- Design and build prioritized AI workflows across R&D and business functions, translating requirements into practical solutions.
- Serve as the AI build owner, managing the lifecycle of solutions from development and testing to launch, maintenance, and optimization.
- Own Marketing Operations activities, including campaign configuration, nurture programs, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to support data quality, lead-flow execution, and operational governance within the marketing tech stack.
- Develop documentation, user guidance, and training materials to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.
