Requirements

- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with executive-level leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Experience supporting quality improvement, operational efficiency, or cost reduction initiatives preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational initiatives and cross-functional project teams focused on organizational priorities and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex initiatives while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and project requirements.
- Manage ongoing programs and operational activities that support leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with executive sponsors and key stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic goals and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget considerations.
- Drive clear operational and organizational communication across assigned initiatives and programs.
- Support process improvement efforts, including quality improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Provide visibility into project progress, challenges, and outcomes through effective reporting and stakeholder updates.
