Experience: Doctorate degree and 2 years, Master’s degree and 4 years, Bachelor’s degree and 6 years, Associate’s degree and 10 years, or High school diploma / GED and 12 years

Doctorate with 2+ years, Master's with 4+ years, Bachelor's with 6+ years, Associate's with 10+ years, or HS Diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Experience leading marketing analytics, measurement strategy, or commercial analytics.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer engagement measurement.
Proficiency in KPI development and performance analytics.
Experience designing experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and incrementality studies.
Familiarity with AI search, GEO, OpenEvidence, and emerging AI-enabled marketing tools.
Experience evaluating new technologies and data partnerships.
Experience managing external vendors and analytics partners.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Lead development of AI measurement frameworks, KPI architectures, and reporting standards.
Operationalize OpenEvidence and AI-derived data sources to inform omnichannel and field engagement strategies.
Evolve the enterprise GEO analytics framework and manage vendor performance evaluations.
Design and evaluate pilots, A/B tests, and incrementality studies to inform scaling decisions.
Quantify business impact of AI-enabled initiatives and provide recommendations for marketing leadership.
Evaluate emerging AI platforms and data partnerships for quality, scalability, and commercial value.
