Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience supporting federal real property programs (inventory management, remediation, reconciliation, compliance).
- 4+ years of experience working with federal real property systems (data accuracy, documentation traceability, audit readiness).
- 4+ years of experience leading teams, audit remediation, and quality control processes in a federal environment.
- Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
- Approximately 35% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily execution of real property remediation activities to improve accuracy, completeness, and auditability.
- Oversee data cleansing, validation, documentation remediation, and inventory reconciliation across federal systems.
- Supervise analysts, technicians, and field personnel, providing performance monitoring and technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with federal real property regulations including classification, valuation, and reporting.
- Validate source documentation including DD Forms, deeds, and site plans for traceability.
- Lead audit remediation activities to resolve findings and support existence and completeness testing.
- Oversee updates within GFEBS, RPLANS, ISR, and BUILDER systems.
- Execute the Quality Control Plan and ensure deliverables meet Performance Requirements Summary metrics.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders including KO, COR, NGB, and CFMO.
- Support system modernization, data migration, and process improvement initiatives.
