Requirements
- Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer implementation or technical projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and make sound decisions using data and experience
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Experience working within structured project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering and Support teams
Responsibilities
- Manage the successful end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from initiation through to transition into Business as Usual (BAU)
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality, budget, and timelines
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery activities are aligned and executed effectively
- Facilitate regular project governance meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
