Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience within an interactive agency or similar digital environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience leading project management independently across diverse program types.
- Strong knowledge of digital creative workflows, paid media, earned media, analytics, and client management processes.
- Advanced experience using Asana or comparable project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, issue logs, and risk registers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level clients.
- Ability to identify process gaps, design improvements, and drive adoption of new workflows.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, external partners, or agency relationships.
- Ability to mentor and support junior project managers.
- Commitment to pursuing PMP certification within one year of eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for program operations, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Own the operational efficiency and successful delivery of assigned digital programs.
- Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives from kickoff through completion.
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings, document action items, and ensure effective follow-up.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, trackers, status reports, and risk logs.
- Create workflows, improve processes, and ensure teams follow established project management practices.
- Manage project tasks and deliverables using project management platforms such as Asana.
- Identify operational challenges and lead continuous improvement initiatives across programs.
- Support and mentor junior project managers.
