Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of project or account management experience.
- Extensive experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Proficiency with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions.
- Demonstrated experience in timeline development and budget management.
- Must be self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency teams to establish staffing plans, forecast work, and allocate resources.
- Act as the central communication hub between agency team members and partners.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and efficient workflow management for assigned accounts.
- Develop timelines and advise on estimates, proactively flagging budget or timing issues.
- Manage and plan creative resources in collaboration with the Creative Services Manager.
- Partner with Business Leadership to create and manage project estimates and budgets.
- Provide continuous status updates and enforce agency processes across all departments.
- Analyze and recommend system or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
