Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lead project management for any program type autonomously.
- Advanced proficiency in using Asana or similar task management software.
- Strong understanding of digital creative processes, paid/earned media marketing, and analytics.
- Experience authoring essential project documentation (plans, change/issue/risk logs, status reports).
- Expertise in identifying program pain-points and owning process improvement lifecycles.
- Strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
- PMP Certification is expected within one year of hire (training fees covered).
Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal and external point-of-contact for program operations.
- Plan, manage, monitor, and control the execution of digital initiatives from beginning to end.
- Manage program scope, identify and communicate risks, and handle change requests.
- Develop and maintain detailed program documentation such as timelines and project trackers.
- Create workflows, train teams, and manage deliverables using project management software.
- Mentor junior-level project managers and lead PMO department initiatives.
- Collaborate with client services and channel teams to set and achieve project goals.
