Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
10+ years of experience supporting federal programs including contract execution and compliance management.
5+ years of experience supporting real property remediation, audit readiness, or financial management within Army, DoD, or federal environments.
5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and implementing quality control processes.
Ability to travel approximately 35% of the time.

Oversee daily contract operations to ensure remediation activities meet federal requirements for accuracy, completeness, and auditability.
Serve as the PM’s alternate for operational matters to maintain contract performance continuity.
Coordinate workforce planning and staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
Support the development and execution of the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and monitor internal quality control procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations including real property, security, and IT requirements.
Manage physical security, including key and key card control procedures.
Support government meetings with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Prepare and deliver required reports and contract deliverables in accordance with PWS requirements.
Apply knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR), OMB requirements, and A-136 reporting.
