Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting entries.
Prepare and review journal vouchers in CCC CORE.
Support Treasury interest accruals, subsidy transfer entries, collections, disbursements, accrued interest receivable, and pre-closing entries.
Research and document United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL) posting models and revised accounting requirements.
Analyze abnormal Standard General Ledger (SGL) balances, variances, and budgetary-to-proprietary relationships.
Lead monthly and quarterly reconciliations between accounting and feeder systems.
Review payment vouchers, control logs, fund monitoring templates, GTAS edit support, and apportionment-related schedules.
Provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior general ledger accountants.
Prepare audit-ready workpapers and support standard operating procedure (SOP) updates.
