- Conduct daily reviews of user accounts and transactions flagged for suspicious activity by monitoring systems
- Perform thorough investigations into fraud alerts, account takeovers, and other security incidents to determine root causes, assess risk, and take decisive action
- Proactively identify and mitigate financial losses resulting from payment reversals, unauthorized transfers, and other fraudulent activities
- Identify gaps in current fraud detection and prevention processes and contribute ideas to enhance tools, rules, and workflows
- Work closely with Client Services, Product, Security, and Engineering teams to share findings, resolve complex cases, and strengthen Swan’s overall risk posture
