How We Work
You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clear communication and autonomy. We are async-first, meaning you have flexibility to manage your schedule and take real ownership of your work. We believe in transparency and foster a culture where feedback translates directly into product improvements. You will build your own playbook and define your territory strategies, rather than waiting for one. Our culture emphasizes innovation, quality, collaboration, and a user-centric approach.
Engineering at Kestra Technologies
Our core platform backend leverages Java (Micronaut) for robust performance, while responsive frontends are crafted with Vue.js and Bootstrap. We manage data with Kafka, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, operating across GCP, AWS, and Azure. Infrastructure runs on Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. We embrace modern development tools, including AI assistants and coding agents, to enhance productivity. However, we expect you to understand, validate, and own the code from conception to delivery. You will work on enterprise solutions, expanding our plugin ecosystem, and maintaining a suite of over 1400 integrations.
