- Source and engage candidates, conduct initial conversations, coordinate interviews and manage recruitment through signed offers.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to prioritize roles and support evidence-based hiring decisions.
- Coordinate contracts, payroll partners, EOR providers, benefits, time off and employee requests with Administration, Workplace Operations and Finance.
- Maintain clear People records and deadlines, and work with local providers and advisers on employment requirements.
- Make onboarding practical and smooth, helping managers give new joiners clear expectations, context and relationships.
- Develop and run salary review, leveling, performance review and equity administration processes, including BSPCE where applicable.
- Organize all-hands and the company offsite, and strengthen internal communication and collaboration across locations.
- Report on hiring, headcount and employment costs, identify bottlenecks and help determine priorities.
- Simplify and automate repetitive People processes with the teams involved.
