  • Develop, monitor, and document comprehensive treatment plans supporting restoration and clinical progress.

  • Perform case formulation, treatment recommendations, and clinical communication.
  • Complete readiness-related evaluations including hospitalizations, duty-status assessments, and Medical Evaluation Board support.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain timely electronic medical record documentation in MHS Genesis.
