- Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, reporting financials, controlling budgets, streamlining operational functions, and resolving project issues.
- Perform proposal development, resource management, project budgeting, forecasting, and schedule management.
- Develop and manage detailed traditional project schedules and work plans.
- Estimate proposal budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Provide project presentations to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and estimates to complete.
- Create and maintain federal customer relationships.
- Observe and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Direct or supervise project engineers, assistant project managers, superintendents, and field crews.
