Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within onboarding, customer success, training, or SaaS environments.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and approachable way.
- Experience creating and delivering training materials, presentations, guides, or educational content.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confidence facilitating live virtual training sessions and customer conversations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to identify customer needs and take ownership of solutions.
- Passion for helping, educating, and empowering customers through technology.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead live onboarding sessions and virtual training programs for new customers.
- Educate existing customers on new features, updates, and best practices to increase product adoption.
- Create and maintain customer-facing enablement materials, including training presentations, guides, and workshops.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and consistent experiences.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new Customer Success team members.
- Identify customer goals, milestones, and adoption opportunities to help users reach their first value quickly.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively address potential risks impacting satisfaction or retention.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure training resources remain accurate and aligned with product evolution.
- Gather customer insights and contribute ideas to improve onboarding strategies and processes.
