Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in fields leveraging complex financial data such as investment banking, management consulting, or private markets operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven success independently owning executive-level customer relationships and scope negotiations for enterprise or global accounts.
  • Experience designing and deploying AI workflows spanning multiple tools or data sources with measurable outcomes.
  • Track record identifying and resolving data-quality risk at scale, including secondary quality review of others' work.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including managing and manipulating complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide customer decisions at the executive level.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience overseeing the work of an internal project team, providing quality-assurance oversight, and holding members accountable to timelines.
  • Experience with scripting languages and data management tools (SQL, Python, R) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Independently own communication with senior and executive customer stakeholders, and lead negotiation of scope and timeline changes.
  • Review, analyze, interpret, and transform complex financial datasets for import into the Juniper Square platform.
  • Advise largest and most strategic customers on optimal data structures for immediate onboarding and long-term platform performance.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for high-risk onboarding engagements.
  • Identify, scope, and lead initiatives that drive systemic change through process automation and tooling improvements.
  • Delegate work to and coach junior Product Onboarding Managers on prioritization, risk assessment, and quality-review technique.
  • Build strategic partnerships with cross-functional leaders to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Develop AI-supported workflows for recurring onboarding activities to ensure consistent and reusable output.
  • Build scalable AI workflows that transform processes and automate work across the team.
