Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing SaaS role with responsibility for managing customer relationships.
- Proven experience owning customer renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and contributing to retention and revenue growth.
- Strong ability to connect technical product capabilities with customer business objectives and communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- A consultative, proactive approach to customer engagement, with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-growing, evolving environments where processes continue to develop and improve.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, product adoption, renewals, and account expansion.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and enablement strategies that help customers achieve meaningful outcomes quickly and encourage broader product adoption.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and aligning product capabilities with their needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities to expand product usage across customer organizations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to share customer feedback, mitigate risks, improve customer experiences, and contribute to scalable Customer Success processes.
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth by proactively identifying challenges, supporting renewals, and uncovering expansion opportunities.
