Requirements
- 1–2 years of direct experience in Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or MedSpa environments.
- Foundational knowledge of treatments including Botox, laser, microneedling, radiofrequency (RF), and PRP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (English-only) or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Confident sales aptitude with ability to discuss pricing and close sales over the phone.
- Access to a private, quiet home office with high-speed internet, computer, and professional headset.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Experience with AestheticPro EMR is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage live patient scheduling, handle high-volume calls, and execute patient check-in/check-out workflows.
- Deliver five-star concierge customer service to prospective and existing patients.
- Serve as an aesthetic expert to explain treatment benefits and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate provider calendars.
- Support day-to-day virtual operations and scaling of the practice.
