- Willingness to learn and manage calls from start to finish with provided training.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls promptly.
- Direct patient inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assess the urgency of patient concerns and route calls appropriately.
- Provide accurate information or transfer calls based on patient needs.
- Manage calls from initial inquiry to resolution using provided training.
- Schedule appointments, relay messages, and follow up with patients as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service while addressing patient concerns.
