Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or a medical spa environment.
- Strong familiarity with core non-surgical treatments such as Botox, lasers, microneedling, RF, and PRP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-end customer service demeanor and professional phone presence.
- Ability to work in an English-speaking or bilingual environment.
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn AestheticPro EMR workflows.
- Reliable and self-motivated professional mindset.
- Ability to work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule.
Responsibilities
- Discuss aesthetic treatments including Botox, lasers, microneedling, radiofrequency (RF), and PRP with patients.
- Manage incoming phone and message communications with a professional tone.
- Coordinate provider appointment schedules and patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system.
- Perform administrative tasks and patient follow-ups to support practice growth and retention.
