Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, specifically in growth or experimentation-focused roles.
- Proven history of shipping experiments that successfully improved activation or adoption metrics.
- Hands-on experience building and governing design systems, including component architecture and token structures.
- Front-end fluency with the ability to read and write production HTML, CSS, and React.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities to translate design decisions into scalable patterns.
- Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Experience creating shared language and processes to reduce organizational friction.
Responsibilities
- Evolve design system components, tokens, patterns, and documentation in partnership with engineering.
- Bridge design and implementation by writing and reviewing production-ready HTML, CSS, and React.
- Define and enforce quality standards for interaction, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Execute systematic audits and develop tooling to identify and close gaps between design intent and the live product.
- Mentor designers through structured feedback to improve problem-framing and execution rigor.
- Analyze and articulate the relationship between design craft decisions and business metrics like activation, retention, and revenue.
