- Lead all core accounting operations, including the general ledger, month-end close, and IFRS/GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A, and continuous disclosure filings
- Own the external audit process from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong internal controls and approval frameworks
- Manage multi-entity accounting, intracompany eliminations, and SPV structures
- Lead, coach, and grow the accounting team
- Use data analytics and financial modelling to surface insights
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale financial processes
