Requirements
- At least 5 years of project/program management experience with enterprise-wide SaaS implementation.
- 5 years of professional experience in a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
- Experience managing complex projects for hospital systems, including EHR implementations.
- Knowledge of inpatient and perioperative metrics, processes, and challenges.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with data validation dashboards and complex Excel functions.
- Ability to interpret SQL or Java code.
- Ability to travel on average 25% and up to 50%.
- Experience writing SQL queries is highly desired.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR instances is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage timelines for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments, with an initial focus on the Qventus Periop solution.
- Work with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to identify and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with external client teams to understand requirements and communicate potential approaches.
- Leverage functional perioperative expertise to create and sustain buy-in from core users, executives, and surgeons.
- Provide technical project leadership to manage the full deployment lifecycle from internal kickoff to go-live.
- Build and manage relationships with client stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to C-suite.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issues to resolution.
- Serve as the accountable owner for assigned accounts with limited oversight.
