Job Details

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination
Required Skills: Project ManagementEHRCRM

Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination (ideally with a small/growing EMR/EHR company).
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting EMR systems and CRM platforms in an ambulatory or outpatient clinical setting.
Proven track record managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects independently.
Deep familiarity with ambulatory healthcare workflows (patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, HIPAA compliance).
Experience building training materials and guides from scratch for clinical and administrative staff.
Demonstrated ability to ensure implementations align with legal/regulatory requirements regarding data handling.
Must be able to travel up to 50% throughout the US.
Must live within an hour of a major airport.

Serve as the main liaison between Adoreal and the clinic during onboarding.
Facilitate data migration from the clinic’s existing systems in collaboration with technical teams.
Organize and structure clinic data to align with Adoreal’s analytics framework and standards.
Support the implementation and configuration of Adoreal’s EMR and CRM systems.
Manage project timelines, key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Identify potential risks, communicate status updates, and resolve implementation issues.
Provide training and onboarding support to clinic staff and develop training documentation.
Monitor post-go-live adoption and address ongoing support needs.
