Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of prior experience in an Implementation Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of software and technology applications
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven documentation skills
- Experience in Physical Safety or Security preferred
- PM certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine software configuration requirements
- Determine appropriate project implementation timeline with resource allocation
- Provide training and make recommendations to clients on software best practices
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Sales teams regarding implementation risks and mitigations
- Identify opportunities for implementation process and client advocacy improvement
- Document functionality for users and administrators
- Assist the sales team during the sales process as needed
