Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Account Management, or similar customer-facing SaaS roles.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts and driving adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable customer outcomes.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering concepts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders such as engineering leaders, SRE teams, and platform teams, as well as executive audiences.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value, ROI, and strategic priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
- Experience working in fast-growing SaaS environments with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with developer-focused products, infrastructure platforms, or cloud-native technologies is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, success planning, renewal, and expansion activities across enterprise accounts.
- Drive customer value realization by aligning platform usage with engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and modernization goals.
- Act as a technical advisor by developing expertise in the platform, software development lifecycle practices, cloud environments, and DevOps methodologies.
- Lead executive-level conversations, including business reviews, renewal discussions, and strategic planning sessions focused on business impact and ROI.
- Identify customer risks and opportunities early, creating structured action plans to improve customer health and reduce churn.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to represent customer needs and influence product improvements.
- Contribute to the evolution of customer success processes, helping scale best practices and improve operational excellence.
