Lead FP&A Analyst

Lead and own the preparation of consolidation and management reporting, including Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and executive presentation packages.
Partner with Accounting and External Reporting to ensure consolidated results are accurate and consistent aligned to the quarterly close and filing cadence.
Translate complex financial data into concise, decision-ready narratives and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
Lead the revenue forecasting process and variance analysis, partnering with business stakeholders to build and refine models that inform strategic decisions.
Own recurring forecast cycles, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective action.
Support the quarterly close process, including tie-outs between planning and accounting systems.
Administer Adaptive Planning, including models, dimensions, versions, and security roles.
Drive automation and systems improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline recurring reporting and close-cycle workflows.

Engineering at Amwell

Amwell’s technology-enabled care platform, Converge, is at the heart of transforming healthcare. Engineers design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web applications. You will work with both front-end (Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end (Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, NestJS) systems. Designing RESTful APIs and managing relational and NoSQL databases like Redis or DynamoDB are core tasks. Engineers also build multiple levels of automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure high quality code delivery. They solve complex challenges, making healthcare more accessible and efficient for millions.
