Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience using Marketo in marketing or campaign operations.
- Demonstrated experience building, testing, and deploying email marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting webinar, event, or virtual event campaigns.
- Familiarity with web content management systems and ability to update web pages.
- Strong understanding of campaign operations, audience segmentation, lead management, and tracking.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and events teams.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Marketo certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars or Goldcast.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and nurture programs in Marketo.
- Develop and execute marketing automation workflows for demand generation and ABM efforts.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate Marketo with Salesforce and ensure data flow.
- Create and test landing pages, email templates, and forms within Marketo.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to improve ROI.
- Maintain marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support webinar and event execution, including registration, attendee tracking, and reporting.
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance on campaign assets and tracking parameters.
- Document best practices for processes and provide training to team members.
