Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SaaS product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success leading complex Talent Acquisition technology initiatives in global enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise with recruiting platforms such as Eightfold, Workday, or comparable ATS/CRM solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in recruiting, such as skills inference and matching.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting, talent development, and workforce planning processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities.
  • Expert in Agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing vendor partnerships and driving integrations across systems.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for talent lifecycle applications such as Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics, and HackerRank.
  • Partner closely with COEs, program owners, and HR leadership to capture business needs and align product vision.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Provide product leadership for AI-enabled capabilities like talent intelligence, matching, and skills-based career pathing.
  • Champion Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Own user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and validation to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs for new capabilities to validate feasibility and scalability.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, integrations, and ongoing system performance analysis.
