Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience administering product and analytics tools (e.g., Aha!, Amplitude, Jira, Maze, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience working with data, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year for team/company meetings, plus additional travel for conferences.
  • Experience in a regulated software, healthcare, or medical device environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with FDA design controls, quality management systems (QMS), or similar regulatory frameworks (preferred).
  • Technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with Engineering teams (preferred).
  • Experience in Product Operations within a scaling organization (preferred).
  • Experience working within a Product Operating Model and Agile development environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain product tooling (e.g., Aha!, Amplitude, Jira, Maze) to ensure consistent adoption and data quality.
  • Partner with compliance and external consultants to support FDA design controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
  • Build and maintain repeatable workflows for regulatory and R&D documentation processes.
  • Develop and maintain product dashboards and scorecards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Identify data and instrumentation gaps and collaborate with Engineering and Systems teams to resolve them.
  • Onboard new Product team members to tools, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational activities for product releases, including documentation, training, and support readiness.
  • Maintain release readiness checklists, track dependencies, and surface risks to leadership.
  • Coordinate operational initiatives spanning multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, PMM, and Agile Coach to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
