Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or similar roles within high-growth tech companies.
- Extensive experience with Jira/Confluence.
- Extensive experience with leading AI systems such as Claude.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing product development processes and metrics frameworks.
- Experience with agile methodologies and adapting processes to organizational needs.
- Experience leading or actively contributing to a team's shift toward AI-native ways of working.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and budgeting processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing improvements to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) in support of Product Management leadership.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring systems and data governance keep it complete, accurate, and visible.
- Architect and maintain the product operations technical stack, engineering robust configurations in Jira/Confluence.
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve PM velocity, requirements drafting, and backlog grooming.
- Build reporting and dashboards for leadership to track roadmap health, capacity, and delivery risk.
- Define and track metrics on product team performance and process health.
- Plan and facilitate team-wide product events and oversee function-specific onboarding for new PMs.
