Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and managing multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Ability to lead discovery and experimentation efforts.
- Experience partnering with engineering and design to ship scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design.
- Advanced analytical capabilities including KPI definition and experimentation frameworks.
- Expertise in writing detailed product requirement documents and leading sprint planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring junior product managers.
Responsibilities
- Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform.
- Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch.
- Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support teams.
- Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Lead comprehensive QA processes and define acceptance criteria.
