Requirements
- 1–5 years of professional experience in product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, consulting, or technical product management.
- Demonstrated record of building and shipping internal tools, applications, dashboards, automations, or data products.
- Experience structuring and analyzing large or messy datasets with a focus on validation.
- Strong product and customer judgment, prioritizing user problems and business outcomes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical work to non-technical partners.
- High ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail with an ability to iterate through ambiguity.
- Experience in a B2B technology company or working closely with Product and Engineering teams (preferred).
- Experience in Product Operations defining and tracking roadmaps, feature requests, and the voice of the customer (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and ship internal data and AI products that help Product and Engineering teams understand product usage, customer friction, and the highest-impact opportunities to improve.
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data—including product telemetry, support tickets, customer conversations, feature requests, surveys, and product metadata.
- Turn one-time analyses into reliable, repeatable tools and workflows with clear data definitions, quality checks, documentation, and feedback loops.
- Translate complex findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations while preserving evidence and methodology.
- Own projects end to end from scoping and data identification to launch, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
- Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully by checking outputs, debugging, and applying sound judgment.
