Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in investment banking, structured finance, management consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Demonstrated experience creating, modeling, stress-testing, and presenting quantitative value cases.
- Strong ability to define, track, and analyze operational and business outcome metrics.
- Experience validating delivered value against initial projections.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and business teams.
- Experience working within SaaS, technology-enabled services, or healthcare technology environments.
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks, OKRs, or value realization methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end governance for product development lifecycle initiatives.
- Review and evaluate enhancement requests by validating business problems and success criteria.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured initiative plans with milestones and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional execution across product, delivery, operations, and technology teams.
- Establish frameworks to measure initiative value and operational performance.
- Validate realized value post-release by comparing actual results against projections.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and decision materials for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by feeding value realization insights back into prioritization processes.
