Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product management experience in high-growth tech or renewable energy.
- Deep expertise in commercial solar and/or energy storage industries.
- Direct experience in product pricing strategy and revenue management.
- Ability to build and iterate on complex financial models.
- Track record of taking products from concept to scale in B2B environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data for product decisions.
- Ability to lead through influence across technical and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and execution for the TPO business line.
- Drive development of BESS monitoring and servicing capabilities.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities in adjacent C&I energy markets.
- Design solutions to address core business and partner friction points.
- Work with Finance and Revenue Operations to develop pricing models.
- Lead the Commercial Monthly Business Review (MBR) and synthesize P&L performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams.
