Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on go-to-market tools and enterprise platform products.
- Demonstrated experience working within SAFe or agile frameworks, including PI Planning.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
- Experience supporting sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations functions.
- Familiarity with CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for PM workflows.
- Strong ability to query data, interpret metrics, and build business cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Field Systems to define and communicate a prioritized product roadmap aligned to company objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into quarterly PI (Program Increment) objectives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Engage with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and business goals.
- Define detailed epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the Product Owner for the agile team, managing and grooming the team backlog.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate documentation, synthesize feedback, and surface data-driven insights.
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, and system demos.
- Track post-deployment success metrics to inform future prioritization and roadmap refinements.
