Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years working with enterprise go-to-market tools or platform products.
- Experience managing products related to CRM, Salesforce, sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations.
- Demonstrated experience working within agile frameworks, including cross-team planning and coordination.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating detailed product requirements, business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and build recommendations based on business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce administration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ solutions.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
- Experience with enterprise technology implementations and process optimization.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap aligned with commercial and go-to-market objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable product requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Serve as Product Owner for agile delivery teams, managing and refining backlogs.
- Define success metrics, measure feature adoption, and use data-driven insights to guide future development.
- Support change management and enablement activities to ensure the successful adoption of new platform capabilities.
