Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a complex, technical product.
- Track record of shipping applied AI products (computer vision, multimodal, LLM/agent-based, or ML systems) that made decisions in production.
- Experience applying technology in the physical world or traditionally non-tech, unstructured environments.
- Strong technical fluency to operate alongside engineers and ML teams as peers.
- Proven ability as a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and drives outcomes cross-functionally.
- Hands-on 0-to-1 product building experience from concept through launch to real-world adoption.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating between field needs, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Willingness to travel to Texas monthly for onsite work.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and execute end-to-end across the entirety of our field portfolio.
- Translate the capabilities of computer vision, multimodal models, and agents into products that operate reliably on an active jobsite.
- Bring a strong perspective on field technology to shape how Homebound applies new technologies to construction teams.
- Travel to Texas monthly to work directly with Superintendents and DCOs, run trainings, and drive rollouts.
- Operate independently to drive progress across Construction Operations, Operations, and Engineering.
- Write clear, actionable requirements and establish quality frameworks for AI features.
- Define success metrics and run experiments to improve accuracy, adoption, and field efficiency.
