Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior PM or above on consumer-facing mobile applications
- Direct experience shipping AI or ML-powered features in a B2C context
- Hands-on coding ability in Python or Java
- Solid understanding of the iOS App Store ecosystem (guidelines, release processes, dynamics)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to validate decisions and measure outcomes
- Must have prior remote work experience and demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a distributed team
- Experience in the Cosmetics / Beauty Industry (nice to have)
- Experience working at an early-stage company or within a new product vertical (nice to have)
- Familiarity with LLMs, recommendation systems, or personalisation engines in a consumer context (nice to have)
- Background with mobile A/B testing and experimentation platforms (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI product strategy for our consumer mobile application
- Translate complex AI and ML capabilities into intuitive, high-value consumer features
- Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to scope, prioritise, and ship AI-driven functionality
- Own the full App Store release cycle for AI features — from scoping through submission and post-launch analysis
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions and track success
- Write detailed product specs and technical requirements that engineering teams can act on immediately
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership on the AI product roadmap
