Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within consumer technology, AI products, or complex digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, AI agents, conversational interfaces, or related emerging technologies.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear product strategies and decisions.
- Strong product intuition and experience designing user experiences for open-ended or unstructured workflows.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on software architecture, machine learning systems, or AI applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to guide product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for conversational and agent-based AI features across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.
- Translate complex user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, workflows, and AI behaviors.
- Partner with engineering teams on AI systems, including inference pipelines, agent planning, retrieval, and orchestration capabilities.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop intuitive multimodal experiences, guided interactions, and effective error-handling approaches.
- Define and track key product metrics related to user engagement, task completion, conversion, and revenue impact.
- Design and execute experiments to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
- Build strong feedback loops with customers and partners to identify opportunities and refine product direction.
- Provide strategic clarity and execution leadership within a cross-functional team operating in a high-growth environment.
