Requirements
- Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products (consulting, SaaS, or enterprise).
- Hands-on exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong data & AI literacy.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment and communicate clearly with client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data/AI architecture and governance, and experience in change-heavy transformations.
- Proficiency with product/project management tools and openness to AI-enabled execution tooling.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Significant experience owning end-to-end product outcomes for data/analytics/AI products.
- Prior external consulting experience.
- Recognized as a go-to SME; comfortable with executive-facing communication.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver data and AI platforms/products that solve real business problems, partnering with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders.
- Turn business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and backlogs; lead agile planning and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics across business, customer, product, and delivery; use data to drive prioritization and iteration.
- Ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement through testing, validation, stakeholder feedback, and iteration.
- Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders, surfacing risks early and driving alignment on decisions.
- Lead core product workstreams within broader engagements and manage day-to-day coordination and workstream-level stakeholders.
