Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Solution Delivery.
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software products throughout the full product lifecycle.
- 6+ years of experience in product strategy, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product management best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation.
- Preferred: Understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
- Preferred: Professional certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or Pragmatic Institute.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into product capabilities.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to support Agile delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, operations, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead product discovery, feature prioritization, release planning, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery progress to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
