Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Product Management role for web-based consumer Internet products.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Deep, demonstrated fluency using AI tools in workflow for prototyping, analysis, research, and writing.
  • Ability to bring working concepts to life through AI tooling or light coding.
  • Analytical skills including proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, and other analytics tools.
  • Technical aptitude to work closely with engineers and evaluate implementation tradeoffs.
  • Experience evaluating AI output quality or clear aptitude to own it.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to own initiatives end-to-end.
  • Bias toward experimentation and data-driven iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver new features for growing the student loan marketplace aligned with the long-term vision.
  • Shape AI-powered product surfaces like AI assistants and embedded experiences.
  • Manage roadmaps for student loan products by prioritizing opportunities and weighing tradeoffs.
  • Prototype and validate working concepts using AI tools like Claude.
  • Perform data-driven decision making through A/B testing, user research, and SQL analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations to achieve team OKRs.
  • Maintain high compliance and quality standards in a regulated lending environment.
