Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments
- Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact
- Ability to operate in high ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams through the development lifecycle
- Experience managing strong PMs while setting direction and empowering independent decision-making
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working alongside engineering, AI, and GTM teams
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve and define success metrics
- Operate in high ambiguity to shape opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production
- Own a portfolio of solutions across enterprise customers, setting priorities across parallel engagements
- Support PMs in day-to-day execution, helping them make trade-offs and unblock progress
- Identify patterns across solutions to push for platform reuse and productization
- Mentor and develop team members to grow their product judgment
