Requirements

- Experience accelerating product and engineering tradecraft with AI assistance.
- Experience with B2B products with heavy product support or consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership in product tradecraft.
- Grounded in military or intelligence culture and acquisition cycles.
- Ability to travel 10-20% to interface with customers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, growth, and go-to-market teams to identify key product investments and sustain market dominance.
- Crystalize and communicate a product portfolio vision and strategy for stakeholders.
- Maintain at least one product roadmap and backlog in an empowered product team model.
- Coach product managers and UX designers to meet strategic directions.
- Drive a user-centered culture across the organization as a leading example of the product operating model.
