Requirements

- Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), family office, wealth management, or financial services environments.
- Proven success leading complex, enterprise-scale, multi-system platform initiatives across cross-functional organizations.
- Expertise in product strategy, product discovery, workflow design, business process analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable product solutions and technology roadmaps.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on product execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms, portfolio management systems, or client reporting tools is preferred.
- Background in platform modernization, operating model transformation, or digital transformation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform supporting ultra-high-net-worth and family office services.
- Translate business goals, client needs, and stakeholder feedback into prioritized product initiatives and scalable platform capabilities.
- Conduct product discovery by engaging directly with advisors, operational teams, and business stakeholders to understand workflows.
- Design and optimize end-to-end workflows that enhance operational efficiency, client experience, and advisor productivity.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications for engineering and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with technology, architecture, operations, compliance, investment, and external partners to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
- Manage and prioritize the product roadmap by balancing strategic objectives, business value, technical dependencies, and available resources.
- Drive platform adoption through enablement initiatives, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
- Lead cross-functional decision-making and ensure platform evolution aligns with long-term business strategy.
