Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, platform strategy, or related roles.
- Experience with UHNW or family office environments.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-system platform initiatives in cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong experience in product discovery, workflow design, and requirements definition.
- Track record of translating complex business needs into well-designed product solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Regis platform.
- Develop a deep, first-hand understanding of workflows across advisors, clients, and operational teams.
- Translate business strategy, client needs, and advisor feedback into a cohesive, prioritized product direction.
- Design scalable, integrated workflows that improve client and advisor experience.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Serve as the central point of alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Investments, and Compliance.
- Oversee the evolution of a multi-system platform ecosystem.
