- Experience influencing senior executives and aligning teams around competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to define and operationalize product KPIs, success metrics, and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of product investment decisions, financial planning, and ROI analysis.
- Experience managing and mentoring product teams, business analysts, or technology professionals.
- Ability to understand business application architectures, technical platforms, and software development processes.
- Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend work as needed in a 24/7 operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term product strategies and roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on technology strategy, product investments, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by aligning business, IT, development, quality assurance, and operational teams around shared objectives.
- Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to evaluate adoption, performance, ROI, and business impact.
- Own product portfolio prioritization, balancing strategic initiatives, innovation opportunities, operational requirements, and resource constraints.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, solution concepts, and actionable technology improvements.
- Manage product financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
