Requirements
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing product portfolios.
- Experience building products for government users with complex requirements.
- Background supporting information operations, intelligence, defense, or mission-focused domains.
- Expertise in artificial intelligence, including agentic AI, generative AI, NLP, LLMs, or advanced analytics.
- Experience using AI-assisted approaches to accelerate product development.
- Experience managing B2B products with significant customer support or services components.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, roadmapping, and user research.
- Ability to coach and mentor product professionals while influencing organizational practices.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with executives, technical teams, and customers.
- Strategic mindset to identify high-value problems and create effective solutions.
- Familiarity with military or intelligence communities and government acquisition cycles is preferred.
- Active TS or TS/SCI clearance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute product portfolio strategy, ensuring roadmaps align with customer needs.
- Define product vision, strategy, and priorities for AI orchestration and data platform solutions.
- Manage product roadmaps and backlogs while supporting empowered product teams.
- Partner with sales, engineering, design, and leadership to identify strategic investments.
- Translate complex customer challenges into clear product opportunities and strategies.
- Coach product managers and UX professionals on product practices and execution.
- Drive adoption of user-centered product approaches and a strong product operating model.
- Collaborate with executives to create an environment where teams can innovate effectively.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on contribution to accelerate delivery.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
